Behavioural archetypes, a full creative-bank teardown across 90+ real ads (English + 5 regional languages), and a novelty-checked generator that's been retrained to stop suggesting confirmed-weak patterns.

206 sales/marketing calls 109 NPD calls 8,007 NPS ratings + 77 calls 30 Asaya interviews 90+ real ads teardown (Good / Low / unclassified, 6 languages) 374 respondents classified into archetypes (86 with clear signal) Brand DNA verified against "Winning With Empathetic Expertise" (May 2026)
These 7 are fixed — recurring behavioural patterns pulled from the data, not invented personalities. We don't add more just for variety.
A behavioural teardown of every creative you've shared so far — English and 5 regional-language executions (Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali) — plus the open contradictions we haven't fully explained yet.
⚠ Unresolved / contradictory signals — read before trusting any single row below
1. Same footage, opposite verdicts: the "Dark Underarms not letting you live your best life?" dance-class ad is frame-identical in English (Good), Telugu (Low) and Tamil (unclassified). Language/localization of this specific template is the variable, not the creative concept itself.

2. Cut_1.mp4 filename collision: a byte-identical talking-head ingredient-testimonial video was tagged both Good and Low across two uploads. Unresolved — could be a tagging error, or a different market/placement per instance.

3. Shikha_1x1.mp4: uploaded once as Low, once as unclassified; only one file survives on disk under that name so we can't confirm if they were the same asset.

4. Fragrance-catalog static ("A fragrance for every mood!") logged both MIXED and (separately) implied Good in different batches — treat catalog-format statics as inconsistent until proven otherwise per-market.

5. Still open after the latest 32-video batch: the dance-class cross-language tension (#1) is NOT resolved by this round — none of the new videos share the same underlying footage/template, so we still don't have a second triangulated example. What the new batch DOES add: a 5th confirmed-weak gym-staging instance (vs. the earlier 3), which strengthens confidence that gym-only staging is weak regardless of language, even while the dance-class language question stays open.

6. New (not a performance tension, a brand-compliance one): 3 of the 12 new unclassified assets independently stack odour + pigmentation into a single hook line. This runs counter to the brand's own "one point at a time" voice rule and its guidance to lead with pigmentation. No performance verdict yet — flagged in the bucket map as a 🟣 watch item, worth a deliberate single-claim-vs-dual-claim test.
✅ Reinforced or newly-added, not contradictory — clear signal from the latest batch
Home-Remedy Rebuttal ≠ Home-Remedy Comparison: a new GRWM asset states "no home remedies needed" while naming real actives (kojic acid, mulberry extract) — structurally different from the confirmed-weak side-by-side DIY-vs-product demo format. Don't fold this into the avoid-list bucket; it hasn't been tested and the failure mode identified earlier doesn't obviously apply.

Video-motion vs. static catalog is now a settled finding, not a preference: this batch added both a Good motion catalog instance and a Low static catalog instance of the same content type — always animate catalog/bestseller framing going forward.

UGC testimonial format needs a proof point to convert: this batch had both a Good talking-head testimonial (with a specific claim) and a Low one (same format, no specific claim) — the format alone isn't sufficient, the specificity is doing the work.
Updated with everything learned across all batches. New ideas get pushed toward underutilized buckets; the "avoid" buckets are confirmed weak — don't propose more of these without a genuinely new angle.

Mindset
Not building a routine as a hobby — trying to solve a problem
Living with concerns that have quietly reorganised her life. Has tried home remedies and online-recommended products — none worked consistently. Not looking to decode the next ingredient — looking for a brand that has done the work. Between still trying and quietly accepting — that is exactly where this brand finds her.
"I've tried everything, just tell me what works."
"I want to fix this, but I don't know who to trust."
"I didn't know there was actually a fix for this."
Secondary profiles: The Invisible Adjuster (35–40) — more used to adjusting, quietly normalised her concerns. The Nutrition-First Consumer (24–35) — proactively health-conscious, more prevention/maintenance focused.
"When women face persistent hair, skin, health concerns, they don't just experience a problem — they start adjusting their daily lives around it."
99%
of women have gotten used to a day-to-day adjustment
87%
are continuously looking for a fix (only 13% have given up)
What adjustment looks like: hair strands on pillow/floor → hairstyles chosen to manage thinning · dresses and outfits chosen to hide pigmentation, body acne · pedicures booked before occasions, heels hidden the rest of the year.
FOR / WHO: Digitally native, self-researching Indian women (25–35). Health-aware, not wellness-obsessed. Frustrated by persistent hair, skin, and health concerns they've tried to solve (home remedies, online products, natural care) but haven't found long-term solutions for, or aren't aware such solutions exist.
WANT: Credible, science-backed solutions that actually work; honest timelines and no overclaiming.
WE ARE — PERSONA: The Empathetic Expert.
PURPOSE: A brand that seeks out the real, persistent concerns women have learned to adjust around and gives them freedom from adjusting.
REASON TO BELIEVE: Expert, evidence-based formulations, built around how she actually lives, that deliver visible improvement with consistent use.
BRAND PROMISE: "Real results, on honest timelines — so she can stop seeing her body as something she adjusts around."
Consumer Empathy Science-First Transparency

Consumer Empathy

We see her whole life before we design for it. Empathy is the starting point, not something we apply after the fact. e.g. We understand the routines, trade-offs, frustrations, and realities she navigates — and let that shape how we innovate and communicate.

Science-First

The right answer, not the popular one. Evidence drives formulation — not trends, not the category, not what is easier to explain. e.g. When every brand reaches for ceramides, we ask if ceramides are actually best — and if urea is, we use urea.

Transparency

No claim we cannot support. No timeline we cannot deliver. Honesty is not optional — it is the standard. e.g. We tell her it takes three months because it does.

EmpatheticCredibleCandidWarmGrounded

Smart, relatable, not academic

We explain the science in terms of what it does for her, not how it works in a lab, in a way she understands.

Honest, not harsh

We name the concern, what's a realistic result, and why — so she feels informed, not let down or insecure.

Specific, never generic

We name the ingredient, the mechanism, the timeline — always connected to a specific concern. Never vague or misleading about the result.

Warm, not gushing

We show genuine care. No empty encouragement, no over-reassurance.

Plus: sees the life around the concern — we see what she's adjusting, hiding, compromising around, and solve the concern, not just treat the symptom. Who is Be Bodywise? Someone who deeply understands women's concerns, has done the work to find solutions, backs what she says with evidence, and uses that knowledge to actually help — not to impress.
"A Sage who genuinely cares, not a Caregiver who happens to know things."
The Sage leads with truth. When science says three months, it says three months. When the right ingredient is unfamiliar, it explains why it's right rather than reaching for the familiar one. The Sage is what makes this brand trustworthy rather than just likeable — she earns belief through rigour, not reassurance.

The Caregiver gives the brand its warmth, its empathy for unglamorous problems, its instinct to design around her life rather than demand she adapt to the product. Without the Caregiver, the brand risks becoming a clinical information source. The Caregiver is what makes her feel seen, not just answered.

How they work together: The Sage determines what is said. The Caregiver determines how it is said. The brand never softens a truth to make it more comforting — it always delivers that truth in a way that respects her intelligence and acknowledges her reality.
⚠ Non-negotiable rule

To feel seen, not shamed: name the problem plainly. Never dramatise it. Never use insecurity as a hook. This is the single most important filter for any UARO creative — an idea that only works by making her feel worse about herself first fails brand DNA regardless of predicted performance.

Pain points

No obvious solutionSearched, tried, not found what works — or not even aware if the right solution exists.
Misled too many timesOverclaiming has made her skeptical. Every bold claim costs trust before it earns it.
Doesn't know who to trustOnline recommendations feel paid for. Experts feel reserved for "severe" cases only.
Consistency is hardMessy formats, complicated routines, unclear instructions. She's blamed herself for product design failures.
Invisible emotional weightThe concern seems small from outside. Daily adjustment is invisible — she carries it alone.

Desires

A clear, trustworthy answerA solution that feels like someone has done the work and tells her plainly what to use and why.
To stop adjustingFreedom that comes after visible improvement. The product is the means; freedom is the end.
Something that fits her lifeNo 10-step regime. Formats she can use on a rushed morning, with clear instructions.
To see something early enoughShe needs an early signal — a small visible shift that says she's on the right track.
To feel seen, not shamedName the problem plainly. Never dramatise it. Never use insecurity as a hook.
Every gate is independent — a product or claim that passes three but fails one does not pass. Useful as a sense-check for whether an ad's central claim is even one BB should be making.

1. Real Body Concern

  • Specific, solvable — not generic wellness or beauty aspiration
  • Affects her daily life — she has to adjust behaviour around it
  • Rooted in restoration, not enhancement
  • Temporary enhancement, unclear benefit, symptomatic relief
  • Prevention — stopping something that hasn't happened yet
  • Medical — concern needs healthcare, treatment

2. Science-Backed Solvability

  • Hero ingredient has published clinical evidence for this concern
  • Concentration at the level the evidence supports
  • Brand can substantiate the claim honestly if challenged
  • Trending ingredient with weak or contested evidence
  • Right ingredient at wrong concentration
  • Claims that would fail independent clinical/consumer trials

3. Visible Results

  • She can see/feel the improvement in her skin, hair, functioning
  • Resolves a specific adjustment she was making
  • Attributable to this product specifically, not tangential
  • Benefits too general — general immunity, deficiency address
  • Too diffuse to connect to the product
  • Does not address an adjustment

4. Everyday Usage Possible

  • Fits her existing routine without adding meaningful friction
  • Delivery mechanism supports the ingredient's mechanism of action
  • Best available format — or brand is building toward it
  • Format exists for shelf appeal rather than daily use
  • Consistent use requires additional effort/routine changes
  • Category default without exploring a better, innovative format
Where UARO sits: Underarm Roll-on passes all 4 gates in the brand's own product scorecard. The roll-on FORMAT itself is called out in the deck as a deliberate choice — "no mess, convenient to use, fits between getting dressed and leaving, quick application before bed... replaces existing routine step, genuinely better than cream/dropper/spray." This is a useful, brand-sanctioned counter-argument to have ready for the format-skepticism-vs-spray content gap flagged in the Creative Bank.

Awareness — Make her feel seen

Leads with Freedom from Adjustment

Lead with empathy — name the specific adjustment she's been making. Back it with enough expertise to signal this brand is different.
  • The Adjustment Tax
  • The Invisible Mental Load
  • The Relief Story — "one issue off my plate"
  • Secondary: Biology story — "I don't know what's causing the issue"
Where she sees it: social reels/stories/posts, brand films, creator content, educational blogs.
Consideration — Make her believe it works

Leads with Expertise, Biology, Science

Lead with science — right ingredient, right concentration, honest timeline (explain why 3 months). Enough empathy to keep her emotionally connected.
  • Right Ingredient, Right Concentration
  • The Research Exhaustion — "I'm tired of this constant trial and error"
  • The Trend Skepticism — "trends might worsen issues, science won't"
  • Timeline story — "they said 28 days but I couldn't see the result"
  • Mechanism story — "if it's easy to use, I can use more regularly"
Where she sees it: PDP & A+ content (site, Nykaa, Amazon), creator deep-dives, educational blogs, packaging.
Conversion — Remove the last barrier

Leads with Problem → Solution

Most direct. Name the concern precisely enough that she self-selects. Concern, solution, proof, timeline — in one line.
  • Concern hook
  • Proof story (social/clinical) — "if I can see real people with my concerns, I'd want to buy"
  • "If these products are tested, I'll feel more confident to try"
  • Ingredient story
  • Graduated timelines — "what to expect in 2 weeks, 4 weeks, 8 weeks"
Where she sees it: performance ads, creator content, packaging, PDP.

Source: "Winning With Empathetic Expertise" — Be Bodywise Brand Repositioning deck (May 2026), as uploaded. This tab now mirrors the source deck directly rather than a reconstruction; it feeds the Ad Idea Generator alongside the Creative Bank, so generated ideas are checked against performance data, brand voice, AND the 4-gates claim framework.
Retrained on the full bank below. Static ads are now weighted toward your best-evidenced proof mechanisms (timeline-stat headlines, named testimonial quote cards, review-count badges) and explicitly steered away from confirmed-weak patterns (meme hooks, pure ingredient infographics, home-remedy comparisons, discount/sale framing).
Generating for: Evidence Seeker (change this from the Archetypes tab)
Pick an archetype in the first tab, then generate — ideas will appear here.
Each idea's "confidence score" and "expected Meta objective" are directional judgment calls grounded in the creative bank, not a guarantee. Ideas flagged with a green "Fills content gap" tag target message pillars your consumer-insight data supports strongly but your creative history barely touches (expectation-timeline-as-hook, marketplace-leakage/lapsed-loyalist, format-vs-spray skepticism).
Every batch you generate — full ad ideas or narratives & hooks — is auto-saved here with the date, time, archetype, and language, so nothing gets lost when you generate more. Delete anything you don't want to keep.
